Hello from Chef Mark!

Already up and going for the 2018 season. We did a local one here in January on a very cold day. Turned out awesome, as always. We have been booking roast for the season at least one per week. Going to be another busy and great summer. I built a new grill to go along with our roasters. I now have a large grill and a roaster on one trailer. We can cook side dishes or other meats as we cook the piggy. We are having a tasting this weekend for some potential customers. Hope they love it. Will post some more pictures soon.
